Shareholders of Al Anwar Ceramic Tiles agreed on distributing the dividends recommended for the fiscal year 2015, the company said in a bourse statement.

The ordinary general meeting has agreed on paying 20% cash dividends of the capital or 20 baisa per share out of the overall capital which is worth OMR 29.62 million.

It is noteworthy that the company’s profits decreased 32.2% to OMR 6.62 million in FY15 as compared to OMR 9.77 million in FY14.
